W Capital is an independent alternative investment manager, founded in 2022, focused on generating compelling risk-return asymmetries through disciplined structuring, active management, and deep legal and financial expertise.
We operate across private equity, private credit, performing receivables, and special situations, always emphasizing capital protection and the capture of unique opportunities. Registered with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) and a signatory to ANBIMA’s Third-Party Asset Management Code, W Capital combines proprietary deal origination, thorough analysis, and rigorous execution to deliver sustainable value to institutional and professional investors.

Founder & Managing PartnerFounded W Capital to execute a proprietary investment thesis grounded in legal and financial structuring. Former Partner at Bela Vista Investimentos (f.k.a. HSBC Capital), where he led transactions, board engagement, and exits in Brazilian mid-market private equity. Helped establish Moelis & Company in Brazil, advising on M&A, capital raising, and restructurings. Began career as an M&A lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Advogados. Holds a Law degree (USP) and MBA (Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth). CVM and ANBIMA certified.

Director of Risk & ComplianceJoined W Capital at inception after working with Gui Waetge at Bela Vista Investimentos. Formerly at XP Inc.’s Investment Banking division, focused on private credit structuring. Internships at Spectra Investimentos and Arezzo&Co’s M&A team. Holds a Business Administration degree from Insper, where he founded Insper Asset and was a research assistant in a private equity initiative with ABVCAP.
